Jimmy Pons has based his professional and personal career looking for the balance between the technologically advanced (Web 3), the human through Executive Mindfulness and emotional intelligence, and sustainability (Circular Economy and Sustainable SDGs, Blockchain). Since 1996, he has developed tourism innovation projects linked to the internet in Spain and Latin America.

He is the Co-founder of Rouncubers.com, a tourism innovation group that works on innovation and the modelling of tourist territories and the strategies necessary for their development. He is also the Co-Founder of the NFT Management System.

Jimmy has worked at: ICTE, ITH, Fundación Biodiversidad, Rumbo, Bluebay Hotels. He is the Co-author of several books on digital disconnection and Executive Mindfulness published by Libros Oberón (Grupo Anaya).

Finally, he is the academic director of several master’s degrees in tourism, professor and international lecturer on innovation, digital transformation, sustainability, web3, customer experience and emotional intelligence in the tourism sector.
