
My interests lie in learning new things and then sharing what I know and it is along these lines I find the interest in my role as Business Development Manager for United Networks Solutions Ltd. I encounter and research interesting ideas for developing business performance and growth; this starts the conversation, persistence in finding best fit scenarios is what gets me through the day.
I find that my interpersonal skills and ability to empathize have been my strongest values as they allow me to understand the needs of the various levels of employees in any given organization. This gives me the insight needed to anticipate and recommend short and long term solutions while my background in Science, Technology and Business Management provides me with the comprehension of basic workflows and work environments and therefore the needs for efficiency and growth in these areas.
In direct communication with each brand and my inclusion in webinars and trainings offered along with the hands on work, I continue to grow in my ability to express myself in the business/technical arena. Whether it is comparing and contrasting the best quality and best pricing for technology or custom fitting a solution for the specific needs of a country or organizational environment; it begins with knowing what is out there and fine tuning the conversation to both what is happening now and what we desire for the future.
